The Stadium Group has acquired electronic manufacturing services provider, Zirkon. The Rugby-based company will be integrated within the Stadium Electronics division and will work in synergy with the company’s Hartlepool and Far East operations. This is the second acquisition by Stadium this year, having invested in Fox Industries in 2008.
