Contract manufacturing provider, PartnerTech, has announced that its King’s Lynn manufacturing facility in Norfolk has received ISO 13485:2003 medical certification. Managing director of PartnerTech’s UK operation, Gary Howse, said: This certification demonstrates our long term commitment to the UK medical device market, which is one of the world’s largest. It reassures customers that we have the quality systems in place to control both the manufacturing process and the traceability of components and materials used in medical products.
PartnerTech boasts 15 years experience in the medical market and offers a range of services from product design, development, prototyping, new product introduction and test services through to printed circuit board manufacture, system assembly and distribution. Most of PartnerTech’s manufacturing facilities are now ISO13485-certified and the facility hosts a 2000ft class 10k clean room for the manufacture of invasive medical products.
