CIL has increased its flying probe test capability by installing a new Takaya APT9401CE. The installation is part of the companys continuous investment programme and is required to increase capacity for new business activities. The Takaya APT9401CE, a four-probe, high speed, in-circuit test station was chosen for its ease of use and proven reliability and was supplied and installed by Testline of Potton, Bedfordshire.
