Palo Alto, Calif. — IQD Frequency Products Inc. offers its high-frequency micro-electromechanical (MEM) oscillator with lead times of one to six weeks, depending on quantity. The IQMS-900 series is available in a wide frequency range from 1 MHz to 800 MHz. The oscillators can be factory programmed with either a low voltage differential source (LVDS) or low voltage positive emitter coupled logic (LVPECL) output.
The plastic packaged IQMS-900 series is available in a 7 x 5 mm or 5 x 3.2 mm footprint. Due to its MEMS technology design, phase jitter is low, typically 0.7 ps at 200 MHz. The series is available in 3.3-V and 2.5-V supply voltages. Frequency stabilities can be specified at either +/-10 ppm over an operating temperature range of 0 to +70 deg. C or +/-15 ppm over -40 deg. C to +85 deg. C.
Typical applications for the RoHS-compliant devices include Fibre Channel, Ethernet 10G, HDMI, SATA/SAS & USB3.
