Melville, N.Y. — Arrow Electronics, Inc. is now qualified to provide programming services for Linear Technology Corp.’s digital power system management products via its global programming services support network. Linear Technology conducted a quality audit and documentation review to ensure Arrow met Linear’s stringent quality and control standards.
Arrow is the first service provider authorized by Linear to program its LTC2978 Octal Digital Power Manager with EEPROM, a key digital power system management device for applications including networking, telecommunications, medical and automotive.
The LTC2978, which incorporates an array of supervising, margining and sequencing functions, is an all-in-one digital power system management solution that is said to simplify design challenges and reduce the component count typical of traditional analog control.
