Rochester, N.Y. — EMA Design Automation has enhanced its component information portal by providing a direct download of Mouser Electronics’ parts database onto the engineering desktop. EMA offers version 4.1 of the EMA Component Information Portal (CIP), which provides access to the Mouser parts database through Cadence OrCAD Capture CIS.
“Mouser Electronics is a popular component supplier among our OrCAD customers,” said Manny Marcano, president and CEO of EMA Design Automation, in a statement. “Now they have a direct download capability available for Mouser component information and pricing, avoiding the problems typical when using manual methods to populate the engineering database.”
