San Carlos, Calif. — Alliance Memory, Inc., a provider of legacy memory ICs for the communications, computing, industrial, medical, and consumer markets, has launched a buy online option for legacy memory ICs that have been discontinued by offshore suppliers. These include popular low-power and fast asynchronous SRAMs and synchronous DRAMs.
These legacy memory ICs, including more than 50 popular devices in packages such as DIP, SOP, TSOP and SOJ, are now available for purchase at Alliance Memory’s “Buy Now” page at its website in quantities as low as one piece. Prices range from $1.25 to $4 per piece.
The buy online option benefits purchasers and designers who need immediate sample quantities.
