When looking for a secure supply of Type 43 connectors, buyers should check out telecoms services specialist, Greenwoods Communications portfolio of products from Interface Components. Manufactured to stringent standards and approved for use in BT networks, the connectors will be offered to market through Greenwoods Communications ex-stock distribution arm.
Greenwoods Communications commercial director, Peter Skinner, said: We aim to consider what the market wants and in this case, we have sourced a BT-approved manufacturer to supply Type 43 connectors at a cost-effective price, with the scalability to deliver to realistic timescales.
As a result of this strategy, Greenwoods Communications claims a 50 per cent market share in the UK for BT approved Type 43 connectors. The company offers a range of modular services to support the deal including procurement and logistics, network installation and de-installation and custom design and manufacture. Greenwoods is currently involved in building DSL and 3G networks throughout the UK.
Interface Components managing director, Phil Stanway, added: The arrangement will make our products available to a wider audience and allows Greenwoods to offer buyers a UK manufactured connector with the compulsory approval from BT.
