Crouzet Solid State Relays, an operation of Custom Sensors & Technologies (CST), has improved its GN series of solid state relays. Complying with the IEC IP20 touch safe regulation, the GN series now offers a clear plastic cover accepting larger size wire terminals suitable for up to 6 AWG wire and featuring an unrestricted view of wire installation. The overall height of the relay has also been reduced by 2mm. Crouzet GN series solid state relays complying with the IEC IP00 regulation feature the same improvements as the IP20 versions, but without the clear IP20 protective cover.
