Founder of Anglia Components, Bill Ingrams, is handing the role of CEO to current group managing director, Steve Rawlins, who brings 30-years experience with Anglia to the job. Ready to take the company into the next phase of its development, Steve will become a shareholder of the trading company with Bill assuming the role of president.
The restructuring process acknowledges Bills reduced day-to-day involvement, however he will continue to hold a majority stake in the company, affirming Anglias status as an independent distributor. Further appointments include sales director Jim Ward joining the executive board of directors and Neville Reyner CBE DL joining the board as a non-executive chairman.
Commenting on the changes, new CEO Steve Rawlins, said: The new structure underlines Bills confidence in the existing management team and will provide continuity for customers and suppliers alike. The business has been successful through tough market conditions over the past few years and I look forward to taking the company into the next phase of its development.
