XP Powers new ECP20 series 20W AC/DC power suit low power PCB-mounted applications. Available from stock, they measure 67 by 40 by 18.6mm, delivering 6.6W/in3 and efficiency up to 87 per cent.
The series comprises 11 models: eight single output and three dual output. Single output units cover the nominal voltages of 3.3, 5, 9, 12, 24, 30 or 48 VDC. Dual output models provide +/- 12, 15 or 24 VDC. Peak load capability is 130 per cent rated output power for up to 30s.
Operating temperature range is zero to 50degC without derating, up to 70degC with derating. The series has a Class II input, eliminating grounding. External filtering components are not required since the supplies meet EN55022, level B for conducted and radiated EMC. All models carry EN and UL safety approvals.
