Connector specialist, Hirose, has recognized Flint Distribution, a division of Avnet, for the second time in a row with its design in distribution award. Flint achieved the accolade by working with Hirose to identify opportunities early in the design cycle and selecting the best products for customers needs. Hirose also praised the communication between both parties, good record keeping and reliable registration schemes. Business development manager of Hirose, Wendy Leigh, presented the award to franchise manager of Flint Distribution, Richard Bates, who said: The award certifies the time and effort put into developing opportunities and new designs.
