Panasonic Electric Works has developed a new 0.6mm profile two-piece connector with 0.4mm pitch. The ultra-thin Type A4F is designed for board-to-board and board-to-FPC connection, where space is limited and reliable connection a must. The connector also features Tough Contact construction, combining V-Notch, bellows and double contact construction with a Ni barrier. This ensures the device is resistant to damage from dropping, foreign particles, flux, solder rise and corrosive gases.
