TTI Inc. has acquired the Mateleco Group, the french connector distributor. Mateleco was founded in 1975 and during 33 years grew and expanded throughout Europe. The company has six locations strategically located throughout the country and enjoys a broad and diverse customer base. TTI President and CEO, Paul Andrews, said, There were limited duplications of Mateleco customers and TTI customers, thus giving the two companies the broadest customer base in France. Continuing, Paul Andrews saidMateleco will operate independently as a wholly-owned subsidiary of TTI. The management team will remain in place with Mr. Claude Joly as President and Mr. Bernard Le Jeune and Mr. Bernard Franchet as corporate officers. Mr. Joly will report to Gene Conahan, the President of TTI Europe.
