To provide customers with a rapid supply service, Kemtron operates a manufacturing and warehouse facility at its UK headquarters at Braintree in Essex, where it has the flexibility to produce short-run bespoke solutions, as well as standard products in volume. In-house design, development, engineering and manufacturing capability means Kemtron maintains control over the entire production process to ensure the highest levels of quality and reliability.

Products include electrically conductive silicone and fluorosilicone elastomers utilising fillers such as silver plated aluminium particles and cost effective nickel coated graphite, or vertically oriented wires in silicone. Other products such as knitted wire mesh gasket strips and fabricated gaskets, conductive fabric over foam and beryllium copper finger strips are available.

Various additional components can be supplied, including aluminium or steel honeycomb ventilation panels known as attenuvents, shielded optical windows utilising fine wire mesh embedded in the optical substrate or ITO coatings, as well as EMI shielded cable glands, shielded jackets for cables, and ferrites for EMI suppression.
