The goal of the team is to design and build the best possible Formula Student Electric race car every year. Last season, the team won nearly every dynamic discipline at least once at races in Germany, Austria and Italy.

The electric car competition began in 2010 to complement the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) International Formula SAE® competition for combustion engines, founded in 1979. The race cars are developed in accordance with the strict rules set by Formula SAE, making it possible to successfully compete in Formula SAE races worldwide.
