Hitaltech recognised as ‘Supplier of the year 2012’

Hitaltech have been recognised as ‘Supplier of the year for 2012’ by Siemens I DT MC Congleton. The trophy was presented to Managing Director Andy Fitzer and previously awarded ‘Account Manager of the year’ Sales Manager Matthew Hughes during the annual supplier day on 23rd May.

Hitaltech left the Supplier day having been recognised in various categories;

Top Quality Performer 2012, Outstanding Supplier 2012, and ‘Supplier of the year 2012’.

‘Supplier of the year’ measures each supplier’s performance in four areas; purchasing, quality, logistics and technology. Hitaltech has demonstrated its capability in meeting the required levels in all of these areas during the last 12 months and this award is seen as recognition for their overall performance.

For Hitaltech’s Sales Manager Matthew Hughes, this comes following Hitaltech’s nomination for ‘Best Logistics 2012’ at the ‘Our Stars for Motion Control 2012’ held by Siemens I DT MC in Erlangen, Germany on 9th May 2012. “To be nominated for ‘Best Logistics’ by Siemens Motion Control Systems represents the hard work of everyone at Hitaltech UK and recognises the company as a leading supplier to Siemens on a European basis. We are extremely proud to have been recognised by Siemens as a top supplier on both a European and UK level,” explained Matthew Hughes.
