Enclosure specialist, Bopla, has enhanced its range of membrane keypads and decor foils with Autotex steel, a new, hard-coated PET foil used as an overlay for membrane keypads and front membranes. This gives input units an appearance similar to brushed stainless steel, however, unlike stainless steel, Autotex steel does not show fingerprints. The foil also boasts excellent resistance to wear, knocks and many chemicals and solvents. Customers can specify designs in a number of colours, which in with the technology’s smooth surfaces, creates a high-quality appearance.
