These high speed RJ45 and USB connector systems incorporate an ABAC (MIL-DTL-38999 series III) or AB05 (MIL-DTL-26482) derived metal shell with full 360° EMC, IP68 sealing and mechanical protection and have been designed to meet the requirements of high speed data connections where reliability, environmental sealing and enhanced mechanical protection are essential.

D38999 connectors are supplied with a high performance RJ connector that is matched to the D38999 housing to guarantee all mechanical, environmental and electrical performance ensuring consistent grounding and strain relief for up to 10Gb/s transmission in 10GBASE-T networks. USB interconnection is provided with pre-assembled, matched, moulded patch cable ensuring consistent results for data rates up to 480 Mb/s associated with USB 2.0.
