ECS: countdown begins!

The Electronic Component Show returns to the Kassam Stadium, Oxfordshire on Thursday 25 May, as the must attend event for purchasing professionals and design engineers.

ECS is a free, one-day exhibition and seminar series, which takes place between 10am and 3pm. Past events have attracted visitors from design and manufacturing companies involved in Formula One, automotive, medical device, CEMs, aerospace, robotics, space, marine, agriculture, security, railway, utility, mobility, R&D and industrial.

So, what makes ECS different to traditional trade events?

ECS is designed as a ‘time effective’ event for buyers and engineers working in the electronics industry. Within its five-hour opening window, visitors can meet with 67 high calibre exhibitors, often only found at large European trade shows.

Secondly, the seminar topics are chosen by buyers and engineers and produced to provide an educational offering regarding new technologies, supply chain issues and good industry practices. The seminar schedule, topics and speaker biographies can be found on page 46. The seminar program is proving popular so we ask visitors to indicate which seminars they plan to attend when registering.

Finally, ECS is making sure visitors are well catered for, including: complimentary tea and coffee; snacks; lunch; 1,000 parking spaces; meeting spaces; and a luxurious stadium venue.
