Dawson Shanahan will become part of Luvata’s Formed Products Business Unit (FPBU) which includes factories in Delaware Ohio, Welwyn Garden City UK, Sao Paulo Brazil and Suzhou China. FPBU is a leading suppliers of copper-based resistance welding electrodes and alloyed copper brazing wire, serving automotive customers around the world.
