With the PTS 0,5 series, Phoenix Contact is extending its portfolio for building automation to include compact PCB connectors for KNX communication. J-Y(ST) Y installation cables (0.6 and 0.8mm) can be connected tool-free and more quickly via the push-in connection.
The colour coding enables clear contact assignment. The connectors are designed for currents up to 6A and voltages up to 320V and are available in two position versions. Four connections per potential enable ideal, simple, uninterrupted loop through of potentials for bus applications. The integrated test opening enables quick and convenient testing.
The new connector portfolio with a 5.75mm pitch has a particularly small design and saves space in compact applications. The PST 1,0 series THR-compatible pin strips ensure safe and plug-in contacting with the device’s printed circuit board. They are available in either tape-on-reel or cardboard packaging.
