Available from MSC, Sitime’s SiT9201 is a single chip clock equipped with an integrated MEMS resonator. It boasts an extended frequency range from one to 110MHz, power consumption of just 3.6mA and stability between ±20 and ±50ppm.
The component is housed in a five-pin SOT23 housing measuring 2.8 by 2.4 by 1.2mm. This is said to offer maximum security during soldering, with visual inspection sufficient to check the solder joints. The housing is ideal in applications exposed to high thermal stresses or strong vibrations.
The power supply can be 1.8, 2.5, 2.8 or 3.3V, which means that this single chip clock is suitable for a variety of network, memory, industrial and consumer applications. It is available in a commercial temperature range of -20 to 70°C and an extended range of -40 to 85°C.
