PE INTERNATIONAL, a global sustainability software and services firm, has been selected by the Research Institute of Safety & Environment Technology of The China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), China’s largest oil and gas producer and one of the world’s largest oilfield service and construction engineering companies, to promote its sustainability research initiatives. The Research Institute will use PE INTERNATIONAL’s SoFi Software to conduct a carbon footprint study for the oil and gas sector in addition to enhancing their research in carbon footprint accounting and reporting for CNPC.
