Cable glands and trunking – perfectly matched to the application

Pflitsch cable glands overview Fig2PFLITSCH presents its latest solutions in the field of cable glands and trunking for future-proof cable management in industry in Hall 13, Stand E99 under the slogan “Industry in Focus”.

PFLITSCH favours the concept of system modules for cable glands and trunking, an approach which allows application-specific cable entries and routing to be economically configured and installed. Current examples include customer-specific EMC solutions that bring together the advantages of the UNI Dicht® and blueglobe® series with PFLITSCH’s EMC expertise. In this way, for example, PFLITSCH combines the UNI Multiple with the TRI spring concept of the blueglobe TRI® to allow several screened cables to be fed through one hole into a housing, safely and without wasting space. These EMC solutions are designed for a wide variety of applications in machine engineering, electrical engineering, automation and railway engineering.

A further highlight at the trade fair is the blueglobe CLEAN Plus®, which was recently honoured with the iF Design Award in the “Industry/Skilled trades” category by a jury of international design specialists. Crucial in the decision in favour of this innovative cable gland as the winner were the product’s material choice, specially rounded surfaces of the pressure screw and “seamless” design, as well as safety, brand value and branding. This outstanding cable gland was developed by PFLITSCH in accordance with EHEDG guidelines and is certified for the exacting environment of the food processing industry.

In the area of trunking, this year PFLITSCH is demonstrating the advantages, possibilities and savings potential of its component assembly services at the HANNOVER MESSE. Starting with the CAD design of the customer’s trunking layout, these services also include the configuration of the trunking components in the factory and the supply of ready-to-install assemblies and their installation on site.

In addition, PFLITSCH is also informing visitors of further new products and product solutions from its trunking range. These include the optimised locking fastener for Industrial Trunking covers and the in-line access converter, which adapts a trunking layout to the installation environment. Also on show is the new open Wire-tray Trunking system. Furthermore, PFLITSCH has extended its range of machines and machine tools for the rational and reliable preassembly of Industrial, PIK and Slimline Trunking, which the visitor can try out at the trade fair. For automated manufacturing systems, the Hückeswagen-headquartered manufacturer shows off the wide range of possibilities of Automobile Trunking, which is the perfect choice for floor trunking in robotics and machining centres.

All in all, PFLITSCH’s industrial solutions demonstrate the manufacturer’s love of detail that inspires the ongoing development of better products and services in both technical and commercial respects.
