Amphenol CFP2 Commercial Cage Connectors Available from Mouser Electronics

The Amphenol Commercial CFP2  Connectorsavailable from Mouser Electronics are 3.3V single row connectors for cage assemblies. Contacts are 0.6mm pitch. Resonance damping improves signal integrity by preventing interference with nearby contacts. The mating surface on the host connector is designed to improve signal accuracy and is made for high speed performance.

The host connector is available in either 15? or 30? gold contact plating, with matte tin plating on the termination. The CFP2 is a single-row connector with 104 positions in the row. The maximum insertion force is 6 Newtons and maximum withdrawal force is 5.4 Newtons.

The CFP2 cage connector is available with an optional black oxide heat sink. Additional options for the cage connector include a dust cover, kickout springs for the connector cover, and the option of either nickel or matte tin plating.

The cage itself is made of a copper alloy base material with an aluminum alloy heat sink. The cage depth is 84.5mm and height is 12.9mm.
