UK optical instruments distributor PeplerOptics has announced it is to launch a new range of video inspection and measuring systems at the Southern Manufacturing and Electronics Show in Farnborough in February.
Kitozoom – a video microscope designed for inspection and measurement tasks – is already attracting strong interest and pre-orders ahead of the official launch.
Available in four different specifications, the new microscope will feature high-resolution images with large depth of focus and field of view, and its flexibility of configuration means it can be used across a wide variety of applications. Models, which are all competitively priced, come with an optical zoom unit providing magnification from 8x to 450x – and additional accessories include X-Y cross tables and cold light sources.
A compatible measuring software, KITEC, is available with the Kitozoom series, providing quick image capture, analysis and the most comprehensive set of measurement functions, working in either a live or still image.PeplerOptics Managing Director Andrew Norton says he is excited by the dynamic new range on offer: “The flexibility and performance of Kitozoom for so many applications is unique in the market. PeplerOptics full range of products will be available to view on Stand G25 during the exhibition, which is running from 10th to 12th Februuary.
