The ISO26000 standard has been used to identify the issues that are most important to NCAB, based on impact, stakeholder expectations and improvements that can be achieved.
NCAB implemented its first sustainability strategy in 2014, with a latest update in February 2022. The strategy specifies long-term goals and focus areas, from which the company sets concrete actions. Through its sustainability work, together with stakeholders, NCAB is working towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and contributing mainly to eight out of the 17 goals.
