Unfortunately, tantalum nitride resistors can have long lead times and aren’t typically available from stock.
Stackpole’s RTAN series is an AEC compliant precision chip resistor with popular resistance values available from stock in the 0805 and 1206 sizes. Lead times are typically 12 to 16- weeks depending on chip size.
