The company helps reduce lead time and liabilities by stocking parts in its UK facilities near Oxford, and offers lower cost, high quality (ISO9001 approved) sub-contract solutions. From an initial enquiry, a dedicated account manager is allocated to handle all the customer’s enquiries. This single point of contact guides the customer through the design stages, with input on product development and drawings. Detailed prototype samples and specifications are provided to ensure complete satisfaction before production begins. The account manager keeps the customer updated on all order progression and logistics until the parts are in stock in Cableplus Europe’s warehouse.
