Elevate, expand and evolve

ERA’s 56th Annual Conference will be packed with educational speakers and breakout sessions, with a focus on the industry’s ‘power of influence’.

The Conference hosted by the Electronics Representatives Association (ERA), a highly-regarded sell-out educational and networking event for electronics components manufacturers’ representatives, distributors and manufacturers, will be held at the AT&T Hotel & Conference Center in Austin, Texas, on 23 to 25 February 2025.

The event brings together all segments of the industry in a collaborative and energetic environment, and offers attendees a unique opportunity to learn, connect and grow.

2025 ERA Conference Chair and president of Logix Sales & Marketing, Jeff May, said: “In efforts to increase our power of influence, the sales representatives, distributors and manufacturers must elevate our sales and marketing efforts, expand our reach and continue to evolve cohesively to effectively provide increased value to each other and our customers.”

The general schedule for the event is as follows:

  • Sunday: Attendee registration, badge pick-up, welcome cocktail reception
  • Monday: Breakfast workshops, keynote speaker session, two general sessions, various breakout sessions and the Conference networking party off-site in the evening
  • Tuesday: Breakfast workshops, two general sessions, various breakout sessions and close of Conference at 5 pm

The educational sessions are being planned by more than 55 enthusiastic, esteemed and experienced professionals from around the industry. Here is what they have planned for the 2025 Conference:

  • Keynote speaker Erik Qualman, best-selling author and futurist, will present Digital Leadership: Future Proofing You and Your Business from Innovation to AI

The perennial attendee favorite are the breakout sessions. The Conference has an estimated 120 sponsor companies so far and will host approximately 650 attendees. Several ERA Recognized Resource exhibitors will also be located in the exhibit hall to demonstrate how they can improve efficiency and bottom line for reps, manufacturers and distributors.

Walter Tobin, ERA CEO, will present an annual ERA update and lead an awards ceremony that honors industry members.
