I think that the outlook for the UK and Euro economies will remain very fragile. We will see glimmers of hope with specific, niche projects but there is still a tendency for the high volume work to be ‘punted’ across to Asia for the perceived cost savings. Global distributors will have to focus on non-Euro based opportunities and we will have to ensure that as a manufacturer we can offer the distributors products that address new markets in terms of applications and price. We have been seeing a steady increase in the low to medium volume home-grown projects for unique enclosures and E-Mech solutions and hopefully this will enable us to continue our steady growth. Threats from low cost markets carry less weight in this niche sector, and I think this is where, as part of Great Britain PLC, we must focus on.
