Digi-Key has added Califia Lighting, a Bivar company, to its product line. Califia specialises in helping customers in the industrial and commercial markets transition to energy-efficient LED lighting technology. Its expanding range of low-profile luminaires promise reduced operating costs in an easy-to-use system, plus the ability to upgrade in the future.
Digi-Key’s vice president of global semiconductor product, Mark Zack, said: “Califia offers ‘plug-and-play’ modules so customers have their applications running within moments. This will help customers get to market faster when implementing energy-efficient LED lighting technologies.”
Califia Lighting’s vice president of sales and marketing, Michael Finn, added: “Digi-Key’s global service and support will expand our online resources, making it easier to add light in all sizes of enclosures and cabinets, equipment, racks and workstation applications.”
