MMG Publishing is an independent magazine publishing group which publishes specialist business magazines for the electronics & electrical industries with separate publications serving readers in the UK, Germany, Pan European and North America and today announces its acquisition of the Total Lighting magazine and website from Aston Greenlake Publishing Limited, for an undisclosed sum.
Established in 2004, Total Lighting caters for every part of the lighting industry. Published monthly it covers the whole lighting spectrum, from decorative to architectural & contract projects, industry news and technical developments.
Mark Leary, MMG’s Chairman said “I am delighted with acquiring Total Lighting which slots in perfectly alongside our Electrical Sourcing magazine and shares similarities in its reader and advertiser base”.
“MMG will also provide TL with the resources it needs to ensure it reaches its full potential. It will also benefit from having a thorough circulation overhaul, carried out by our in-house circulation team who provide the “best in market” databases for advertisers to target”.
“Myself and the entire MMG team look forward to working with Gill Anderson who is a very well respected editor within the lighting industry and has been editing TL for over 5 years. With a combination of Gill’s editorial quality and experience, MMG’s premium circulation and a blue print for on-going investment I am certain the readership of Total Lighting will flourish in a sector that is advancing rapidly”.
